Not at all. Most of my clients start because they do not feel good in their body yet. That is exactly the point. I build every program around where you are right now, not where you think you should be. Whether you have not exercised in years or you are dealing with pain that has been holding you back, we start from your reality and build forward from there.
It is a conversation, not a sales pitch. We talk through your goals, your health history, any injuries or limitations you are working around, and what you have tried before that has not worked. From there I give you an honest picture of what the right approach looks like for your specific situation. There is no pressure and no obligation. Just a useful conversation that gives us both the information we need to decide if we are a good fit.
Usually within a few days of your consultation. I keep a limited number of active clients at any given time, typically 3 to 5 new spots available per week, so availability can move quickly. The best way to secure your spot is to book your free consultation as soon as you are ready.
Yes, frequently. Some of my longest-running clients had never lifted a weight or followed a structured program before working with me. I adjust the pace, the exercises, and the level of intensity to match exactly where you are. Nobody gets thrown into the deep end. Everything builds progressively and intentionally.
How Sessions Work
I come directly to you. Most sessions take place in clients homes throughout Palm Beach County including Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington, and Jupiter. If you prefer to train at a gym I can meet you there as well. I also offer remote coaching for clients who want structure and accountability without in-person sessions.
No. I can build an effective program around whatever you have. A full home gym, a few dumbbells, resistance bands, or nothing at all. If specific equipment would meaningfully improve your results I will let you know what is worth investing in and what is not. I also bring equipment to sessions when needed.
Most sessions run 60 minutes. Depending on your goals and program, some clients prefer 45 minute or 90 minute sessions. We will settle on the right format during your consultation based on what makes sense for your body and your schedule.
Most clients train 2 to 3 times per week. Consistency matters far more than frequency. A sustainable 2 day program you stick to beats an aggressive 5 day program you do not. We will determine the right frequency during your consultation based on your goals, recovery capacity, and schedule.
Injury and Pain Questions
That is one of the most common reasons people work with me. I specialize in building programs around injuries and limitations, not through them. I have worked with clients dealing with back pain, sciatica, knee problems, shoulder issues, hip pain, post-surgical recovery, and more. We always start by understanding exactly what you are dealing with so nothing in your program puts you at risk.
For most people, yes. And significantly. The research consistently shows that targeted strength and mobility work is one of the most effective treatments for chronic lower back pain and sciatica. The key is doing the right exercises at the right intensity for your specific situation. I have helped clients go from chronic pain and limited mobility to running again, returning to sport, and living without the daily discomfort they had accepted as normal.
If you have a significant medical condition, recent surgery, or have been told by a doctor to avoid certain types of exercise, yes. Getting clearance first is the right call. For most people dealing with general fitness goals or even common injuries, a consultation with me is a good starting point. I will let you know if I think your situation warrants medical input before we begin and I am happy to coordinate with your healthcare provider if needed.
We stop and reassess. Pain is information, not something to push through. Every session is monitored closely and I adjust in real time based on how your body is responding. The goal is always progress without setback. Nothing in my programming is designed to push you past what is safe for your body on that day.
Pricing and Packages
Sessions start at $65 for in-home personal training and vary based on the type of service, frequency, and package selected. Nutrition coaching starts at $99 and sports massage starts at $85. Remote coaching starts at $50 per month. The best way to get accurate pricing for your specific situation is to book a free consultation. We will talk through what makes sense for your goals and your budget.
Yes. Clients who commit to a consistent training schedule typically receive better value through package pricing compared to single session rates. We will go over package options during your consultation so you can choose what works for your budget and your goals.
Life happens and I understand that. I ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations so I can adjust scheduling accordingly. Last-minute cancellations without adequate notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will go over the full policy during your onboarding so everything is clear from the start.
Nutrition Coaching
Basic nutrition guidance is built into every training program because training and nutrition work together and clients who address both see significantly better results. For clients who want a deeper, more structured nutrition plan with dedicated weekly check-ins and detailed guidance, that is available as a separate coaching service starting at $99.
No. My approach to nutrition is realistic and sustainable, not extreme. I do not believe in cutting out entire food groups, following rigid meal plans that do not fit your life, or making eating feel like a punishment. The goal is to build practical, lasting habits that support your training and your health without making you miserable in the process.
Yes. Weight loss is one of the most common goals I work toward with clients and the results speak for themselves. One client went from 222lbs to 196lbs in 10 weeks, another lost 36 pounds in 4 months. The approach combines smart training with realistic, habit-based nutrition guidance. No crash diets, no extreme programs. Just consistent work with the right plan in place.
Virtual and Remote Training
Remote coaching delivers the same level of personalization and accountability as in-person training. Just in a different format. You receive a fully customized training program built around your goals, equipment, and schedule. We connect weekly via video or written check-ins to review your progress, answer questions, and adjust your program. Nutrition guidance is included and I am accessible throughout the week for support between sessions.
Absolutely. Remote coaching works best for clients who are self-motivated and consistent and who want expert guidance and structure without the need for in-person supervision. The program is fully personalized, the accountability is real, and the results are the same as what you would get in person when you put in the work.
I build your program around whatever you have access to. Whether that is a full gym, a home setup with dumbbells and bands, or minimal equipment. During onboarding I will ask about what is available to you and design your program accordingly. If adding a piece of equipment would meaningfully improve your results I will tell you what is worth the investment.
